We collect the details you submit through our forms — name, business name, email, phone number, trading information and any documents you upload, such as merchant statements.
We also record basic technical context such as the page you submitted from and campaign source information, so we can understand which enquiries need which follow-up.
How we use it
Your information is used to assess your enquiry, prepare a review and, where relevant and with your agreement, introduce you to selected payment, technology or funding providers.
We do not sell your data. We do not use uploaded statements for any purpose other than reviewing your enquiry.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry records for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet our legal obligations.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@eposcloud.co.uk.
